Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect what you type into our forms so we can reply to you, plus basic information about how you found the site so we know which of our pages are useful. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with other contractors, and we do not pass enquiries to lead-generation networks. If you want your information deleted, email info@axiomconstruction.us and we will delete it.

What we collect

When you request a quote

The fields on the form: your name, company (optional), email address, phone number (optional), the type of work, the project location, a budget range, and whatever you write in the message. We use it to reply to you and to price your project. Nothing on that form is required beyond your name, email and message.

When you apply as a subcontractor

Your company name, contact details, scope of work, and the compliance documents you upload — insurance certificates, licences, W-9. These are used to prequalify you and to meet our own record-keeping obligations as the general contractor of record.

How you reached the site

When you submit a form we record the page you first landed on, the site that referred you (a search engine, say), and any campaign tags in the link you followed. This tells us which pages actually help people. It is stored in your browser until you close the tab or clear your storage, and it is attached to your enquiry when you send one — we cannot read it otherwise.

When you tap the phone number

We record which page the tap came from. Not the call, not your number — just the page, so we know which pages generate calls rather than form submissions.

Analytics

This site may use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. Where it is enabled, IP addresses are anonymised and advertising and personalisation signals are switched off, so the data is not used to build an advertising profile of you. We run no advertising pixels, no session recording, no heatmaps and no chat widget. You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google's browser add-on.

Who else sees it

Only the services that make the site work, and only for that purpose:

• • Supabase — the database your enquiry is stored in.
• • Netlify — hosting. Keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses.
• • Resend — sends us the email notifying us of your enquiry.
• • Google Analytics — where enabled, as described above.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share enquiries with other contractors or lead brokers. We would disclose information if the law required it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially useful — a project that did not happen this year often happens next year, and we would rather know we have spoken before. Records tied to work we actually performed are kept as long as Florida construction, lien and tax rules require. Ask us to delete yours and we will, except where we are legally required to retain it.

Your choices

Email info@axiomconstruction.us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Clearing your browser's site data for axiomconstruction.us removes everything stored on your device. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If what we do with your information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
